Do not blanch it in a pot of boiling water, it will be mushy.

I bought it a while ago, but never used it. I ran out of satay sauce. Today I tried this satay, wow. It goes really well with pork belly and fish balls.

Squeeze another slice of lemon to increase the sour and delicious taste.

I always add this to any of my cooking specially Asian. Without it something is missing. The Umami! I even drizzle it on my rice to make my meal even better. (In the photo I added it in my sinigang and Springroll mixture.
