    • I love these egg tarts shells! Both this regular and the mini size are equally convenient and delicious. I haven’t made actual sweet egg tarts with them yet, I usually make a savory quiche tart instead. This time was with eggs, shrimp, mini scallops, imitation crab meat, mozzarella cheese, ground turkey, green onions, ginger, garlic and other spices. Was so yummy!

    • Since I bought the extra hot version, I added extra water. I may have added too much water. The soup tasted a bit diluted. But it was still very good! I also added mussels, shrimp, and squid to the soup.
