It's not bad, not too salty. The fish roe inside is very dense, and the slight fishy smell is acceptable.

This is enough for three or four people to enjoy without getting tired of it. The seasoning is sweet. It's even better if you add a little garlic and red pepper powder and marinate it a little more before grilling it. It's really delicious when you eat it with onions and chives. It'll be done in an air fryer in 10-15 minutes.
