My favorite wheat chili oil noodles! They're delicious hot and cold! It's interesting how it sticks and clumps up and thickens but as someone who likes overcooked noodles, it's only the better! I prefer the original chili oil flavor over hot and sour sauce being too strong for me. so I eat it without that packet! I need to try sesame oil one next!

I added cucumber, black fungus, minced garlic and green onion. It was very good. Maybe it would be better with some vinegar. It was quite spicy.
