This batch of bananas are big and delicious, only 2 are soft and bruised, so I dipped them in flour to fry.

Good price but a little too much fat

I bought it a while ago, but never used it. I ran out of satay sauce. Today I tried this satay, wow. It goes really well with pork belly and fish balls.

This type, in my opinion, is called dry noodles in Saigon. I have been eating it since I was a child, but only now do I know how to blanch it. You just need to pour boiling water into the noodles and mix well, then pour out the water and just pour in the broth to eat, it is very chewy and delicious. Do not blanch it in a pot of boiling water, it will be mushy.

I cook the soup with gas and add vermicelli, it's delicious.
