    • The instructions say to soak it in cold water for 2 minutes but it is still hard like rubber and does not expand, so I put it in boiling water but it still does not expand and is still hard like rubber.

    • The quality is pretty good and the portion is generous. I haven’t eaten enoki mushrooms for a long time. I put a pack of them when cooking hot pot, and it goes well with them!

    • My favorite wheat chili oil noodles! They're delicious hot and cold! It's interesting how it sticks and clumps up and thickens but as someone who likes overcooked noodles, it's only the better! I prefer the original chili oil flavor over hot and sour sauce being too strong for me. so I eat it without that packet! I need to try sesame oil one next!
