The best sauce out there — came carefully wrapped

I started sorting items as soon as they arrived at my door. To my surprise, most of the frozen items containing meat/seafood/dairy were not frozen and thawed. Also, they came with 4-5 huge dry ice packs which kept the surface of the items cold but the actual foods were squishy, not hard.

I marinated the squid in soy sauce and sesame oil and made a squid somen noodle bowl. It melted in my mouth and was delicious!
