お安くなっていたので、初めて購入してみました。空芯菜、レストランでしか食べた事なかったので、家でこんなに簡単に調理出来るとは知らなかったです。

perfect for mango sticky rice! they came green but ripened very fast just within a few days and now they're super sweet and juicy!

This type, in my opinion, is called dry noodles in Saigon. I have been eating it since I was a child, but only now do I know how to blanch it. You just need to pour boiling water into the noodles and mix well, then pour out the water and just pour in the broth to eat, it is very chewy and delicious. Do not blanch it in a pot of boiling water, it will be mushy.

It's a little more expensive than the others, but it's the tastiest.
