But once I placed it on the pan (tip: cook it on low heat or it’ll burn quickly like mine almost did), the magic started. As it cooked, it began to puff up, turn golden brown, and develop a light crisp on both sides. After a few careful flips, it transformed into a savory, crunchy, and sweet-filled pancake that was so satisfying. Don’t underestimate it—just be patient and keep that heat low!
