These are not good at all!!! Don't believe the hype on these ones. They taste nothing like lemon and aren't good at all! Very disappointed in this purchase especially because they ain't cheap!

The mold is very easy to use. At first I didn't understand how the printed bottom got stuck, and I thought it was a defective product, but later I figured it out. I suggest that an instruction manual be included.

Taste is delicious, but need to add some shrimp satay to achieve better favor. It is good choice for breakfast.

The noodles are chewy with lots of crab fat, not too strong smelling, adding less water will make it more flavorful and delicious.
