This is my first time ordering and trying this brand and kind of cured pork. I cooked them for breakfast, it tastes really good. It's almost similar to a breakfast sausage. It is perfectly seasoned, i didn't have to add salt but i added a ground pepper. We add pepper to all our food. Definitely will reorder.

When we first got them, they were not ready to eat. We gave them a few days before we ate them and they were sweet!

The quality is pretty good and the portion is generous. I haven’t eaten enoki mushrooms for a long time. I put a pack of them when cooking hot pot, and it goes well with them!

Very tender and without residue, a little expensive, must buy when it is on sale.
