I was attracted to the "Made in Japan" sign and bought it. It was a little soft when it was delivered, so I refrozen it. I deep-fried it slowly in oil over medium heat while it was still frozen, and then finished it off on high heat until crispy. I was very satisfied. I will buy it again.
